Frequently Asked Questions

Every item on eightyfour.shoes has a size guide and fit recommendation on the product page. For a specific size query, please contact our Customer Service team. If the item you order doesn't fit you, please be assured you can return it using our free returns service. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions. You can either register on our site to place an order or you can check out as a guest.

We currently accept Paypal payments (which require having a Paypal account), credit card via PayPal (which DOES NOT require having a PayPal account), Amazon Pay (which require having an Amazon Pay account). If you are having any trouble with the transfer, please contact our customer service team. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time.

Please note that shipping services may vary according to your shipping destination.

If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable laws.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please be advised if you enter a PO box in your shipping address your order will be cancelled.

COVID 19 UPDATE: Orders processing and delivery times are currently operating as normal however we may experience some minor delays to the timeframes detailed below.

We currently offer complimentary shipping with DHL Parcel. You will receive an email containing the tracking details as soon as your item is ready to be shipped.

Please note that order processing times may take 2-4 business days for in stock products.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Kindly note that for delivery to rural areas may take slightly longer.

You can always order out of stock products. 

As soon as we receive your order we will send you a confirmations email that the order will be processed.

Out of stock products will take 4 weeks to be manufactured. 

If any raw material is out of stock we will contact you and refund your money using the same payment method.


Import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

Please note that shipping services may vary according to your shipping destination.

Special requests are limited to:

- available materials and colors;

- leather or vibram sole;

- with or without cap-toe.

Please note that this request may take 8 weeks for manufacturing.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing the DHL tracking link. 

All deliveries require a signature. If you believe there is an issue with your delivery please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, preferably within 10 business days so we can assist.

You will receive regular email updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status on dhl.com by inserting the tracking number supplied.

Please be advised that we cannot change the delivery address after the order has been placed. It is not possible to change addresses to a different country.

We offer free returns for orders placed on eightyfour.shoes. You can book a return collection within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in original condition as per our Returns Policy. To book your return collection please click here.

We offer exchanges on orders placed on eightyfour.shoes within 14 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. Returns must be in original condition as per our returns policy.

You will receive an email shortly after booking a return or exchange containing the return shipment labels. Please check your emails from us to retrieve these documents.

Returns can only be made by the original purchaser. Kindly note that we only accept returns if the goods are in original condition and in accordance with our returns policy. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

If you want to use your own return service we recommend obtaining a proof of postage for tracking purposes. Please be advised that we do not take any responsibility for charges this may incur, including import duties and taxes and any loss or damage to parcels.

We understand that you may change your mind about your order. If you decide to keep your order after booking a return please email orders@eightyfour.shoes. Don’t forget to include your order number.

All returns are subject to assessment according to our Returns Policy. Once your return is accepted by our team you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds for the item value are made to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of your return. Depending on your bank’s billing cycle, it may take up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account. You can always contact your bank to check the status of your refund.

Once your return is accepted by our team you will receive a refund of the item value to your original method of payment. Shipping costs will be charged.

Unfortunately, we are unable to book return collections in countries other than where the order was originally shipped. If you require assistance, please email orders@eightyfour.shoes.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us directly with your order number and photographs of the product. Following our assessment, we will advise on how to proceed. Please do not send anything back to us prior to our confirmation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange requests for a different style. Please go to our returns page and follow the instructions to return your order. You will then need to place a new order for the desired item.

We aim to approve your exchange within 7 business days of receiving your return. Kindly note that exchanges are subject to approval and availability as well as regular order processing times. We will contact you if there are any issues processing your exchange.

As soon as your exchange is approved and processed you will receive an email containing the new tracking information once your new product is ready to be sent.

In cases where we are not be able to fulfil your exchange request due to availability, we will issue you a refund on the item value.

In rare cases where we cannot fulfil your order it will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full. We will always contact you directly with further information in regards to your order cancellation. You will receive your refund within 7 business days depending on the billing cycle of your bank.

Please note that the shipment and delivery of orders is dependent on payment verification and availability of products.

In a situation where we cannot fulfil your order with the correct style, colour and size, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.
