We are unable to process any
return, repair or exchange without:
- your name, address and
contact details;
- proof of purchase or order
number;
- inspecting the item first.
If you change your mind and
wish to exchange an item, you must do so within 14 days of purchase, it must be
in perfect condition and in undamaged original packaging.
We cannot accept
responsibility for, or exchange or return, any item that has been repaired or
altered by a third party. We are also unable to exchange or accept returns of
customized items.
We use a third party
collection service which can be scheduled Monday to Friday.
Collection times cannot be guaranteed. Collection is only available in the same
country as the original delivery.
Please note, we use your
personal data (your name, address and contact details) to process and deal with
your return, repair or exchange. We may need to share your details with collection service to deal with your request. We may store
details to track any recurring requests.
